$FP (Fee Points) are reward tokens distributed proportionally among pump.fun platform participants based on fees generated through token creation, trading activity, and liquidity provision. Token creators receive $FP allocations based on the cumulative trading volume and fee generation of their launched tokens. Regular users earn $FP relative to the platform fees incurred through swap transactions on PumpSwap and bonding curve interactions.

$FP tokens can be converted into $PUMP at a fixed rate determined at the time of distribution. Unclaimed or locked $FP allocations that are not unlocked within the designated claim window will be forfeited and redistributed among active participants in subsequent distribution cycles.

Distribution calculations include all platform fees on the Solana network, including bonding curve fees and PumpSwap trading fees, net of referral rewards, cashbacks, and protocol operational costs. pump.fun reserves the right to modify distribution parameters, conversion rates, and eligibility criteria at any time. $FP does not represent equity, ownership, or a guaranteed right to any revenues or future distributions.
